This simple question inspired two project managers with nonprofit backgrounds to create a powerful business model, connecting customer success teams in North America with a highly educated and skilled workforce in the world’s third-poorest country. Tiderise helps companies reduce costs by 35-70% while empowering Malawian workers and their communities to escape generational poverty.





Adjy helped Tiderise reshape its identity and find its voice. Starting with team workshops and stakeholder interviews, plus competitive and industry research, the Adjy team built out a new messaging framework, a visual identity update, a series of case studies, and a fresh website to drive new business connections.
